You can open an account by completing the application form and providing a form of identification.

Depending on your country of residence, we may require additional documentation such as proof of address and additional proof of identity. Please contact us to find out exactly what documentation will be required.

Once online access has been approved you can book transactions online or through your FX dealer and dedicated relationship manager.

We are happy to receive instructions to buy currency via email, although normally transactions are booked over the telephone so that we can ensure that you receive the most competitive rate at any given time.

When we agree a rate of exchange on a transaction you are contracted at that price. We immediately buy the currency on your behalf. If the rate changes between booking the rate and paying Argentex it will not impact your transaction.

We make every effort to deliver your payment within the working day. Under certain circumstances, your payment may come through on the following working day. Currency, time zone, and working hours are some factors that affect delivery time. We will confirm the settlement date with you before you make the booking.

Completing the online application form is straightforward. 

When we receive your information and identification documents, your application will reach the onboarding team promptly. Occasionally, we may require additional identification documents, but most of our clients will be up and running within a few days.

Whilst there is no maximum, there may be limitations on the minimum amount based on the needs of the clients.

In rare cases we may suggest alternative methods of transfer that are more cost effective, for example, if you are transferring a small amount. There is no maximum amount you can trade.

Yes. Argentex has developed its technical interface to align with robust industry standards. 

Yes, you can log in to your secure client area to view your trading history. You can also manage beneficiaries, balances, view and download your payment history. Alternatively, simply ask your dedicated account manager and they will be able to provide you with any details you may require.
