Barbara is Head of Legal & Compliance, and a member of the Management Board of Argentex BV.

Overlooking Corporate Governance and Regulatory Affairs, she ensures Argentex BV provides high-quality services in a compliant and legally sound way. Barbara started her career in Finance at Mizuho Bank Europe NV, where she was in charge of Legal, Compliance and Information Security/Data Protection. She then extended her knowledge of FX and cross-border payment solutions by accepting a position on the Management Board of WorldFirst/Ant Group. Adding her prior legal experience at a global FMCG company to the mix, Barbara is well-equipped to support the commercial needs of Argentex’s customers across multiple jurisdictions and complex regulatory landscapes.

Her expertise comprises Legal, Compliance, AML/Sanctions, GDPR, PSD2, MiFID2, and other aspects of Corporate & Financial law.
