On 11 June 2025, the requisite majority of Argentex Shareholders voted to approve the acquisition of Argentex by IFX Payments.
The strategic acquisition, if completed, represents a compelling proposition for both Argentex and IFX to expand their regulated capabilities, strengthen product suites, and leverage the significant industry expertise of both teams.
The businesses, which complement one another, will also look to facilitate a step change in becoming the number one service-led alternative banking partner in EMEA for businesses and Financial Institutions.
