Argentex moves to larger Netherlands office as European expansion continues

London / Amsterdam, 30 March 2023 – Argentex Group Plc, the provider of bespoke foreign exchange services to businesses and financial institutions, today announces that Argentex B.V., the subsidiary of Argentex Group in the Netherlands, has moved to a new office in Herengracht 54, Amsterdam, more than doubling office capacity in the country.

Argentex has been present in the Dutch market since 2020 and obtained an electronic money licence from the Dutch National Bank in 2022. Situated in the core of the city’s business district, the new office solidifies the Company’s expansion strategy into the Dutch market and moves operations closer to the businesses demanding its products and services. The office will also serve as a springboard for Argentex to capitalise on new opportunities in the wider, fast-growing European cross-border payments market, which is projected to grow to $348.8 billion by 2027[1].

Argentex has taken a long-term commitment on the office space, allowing for a workforce of up to 60 permanent employees in the Netherlands. The team has grown substantially across client facing and back-office roles since the Company’s initial entry to the market only three years ago.
